What is cyber bullying ?

    Cyber bullying is using a computer or any other electronic device to torment anyone online. Sometimes cyber bullies pretend to be somebody else.  The cyber bullies can harrass their victims over e-mail too. There are many bad things that cyber bullies do but they just want to hurt their victims.
